Willow Creek - Stockett

We have always had a great stay at the Heritage Inn, and this time was no different. courteous and helpful staff, clean rooms and at a nice location in Great Falls. Food is great and it's nice to be able to go to the Casino in the building to relax and have a few drinks and some fun on the slot machines at the end of a day.

We were pleased with the location of our room. We were attending the Montana Cowboys Association convention and the room was close enough that we didn't have to walk too far. However, a crew was taking down the banquet tables and also the stage after the event. The noise of the table legs snapping into place almost sounded like a gun shot the first time we heard it! It took until 11:00 p.m. before they completed their job.

We stayed at the Heritage Inn as our team hotel for a weekend hockey tournament. Overall it was a good location and value and it's always nice for teams to be able to have off ice time together. Kids enjoyed the pool area. The online ordering platform for the restaurant was great. Service and interactions with staff was good. The main issues that did not meet my expectations were the beds and the fitness room. One of our mattresses was so old/worn that I could not sleep in it after one night, I had to share a bed with my child. The fitness room was difficult to find and very out dated. There were no cleaning supplies available in the fitness room whatsoever. The drip tray under the water cooler has not been cleaned is so long that it was full of moldy water.

My room was clean, the bed comfortable, and it was amazingly quiet despite the place being quite full for a convention. Nightly rates were reasonable. Having the bar onsite was a bonus with good food and no need to go out when the weather was not agreeable. Staff for the convention were awesome, from Derek with the logistics to Julie with catering everyone was great to work with and clearly liked what they were doing.

Heritage Inn staff are always kind and helpful. Shuttle service is personal, friendly, and super-convenient. Restaurant and bar staff treat you like family. Always look forward to my annual stay for the Montana Grain Growers Association convention.
