Bacaro got everything you can wish for when it comes to a neighborhood restaurant. Great owners, great food and great atmosphere. I go there regularily at least once a month.

There are lots of nice areas and restaurants in Stockholm these days. Södermalm is a personal favourite area. Nytorget has some really nice restaurants but is often very busy.. Walking a couple of blocks from there will get you to a restaurant called Bacaro. An Italian inspired local restaurant with excellent food, excellent service and friendly staff. All at a nice price. The owner is also a world class photographer which is visible on the walls. :

We absolutely recommend this restaurant. We loved the food. It was fresh (lovely creamy mozzarella), tasty (al dente pasta, flavourful risotto), full portions (you will not leave hungry), creative (cabbage veggie dish) and looked great (see pictures, you'll want to just dig in). This restaurant is located on a corner so you have lots of windows that make it feel spacious although it's very small. We loved the interior; modern, but cosy and photography on the wall. Pricewise it's not exactly the cheapest place to eat, but for the quality you get it's money well spent. Locationwise it's about a 5 minute walk from the nearest subway station. We stayed for drinks till closingtime and will definitely visit this place again in the future.

A delicious restaurant in Södermalm! The most Beautiful fotographs as decor Great ambiance, Delicious Råbiff, Duck, Chevre sallads and chocolate mousse. The service was Excellent! Bartender and waitress were the owners. I recomended I give it a 8 out of 10
