Contribuisci feedbackThe food at this restaurant is tasty and delicious. However, the service was slow during my brunch visit. It would be better if they decided whether to offer table service or have customers order at the cash register and pick up their food.
My friends and I have had multiple disappointing experiences at this restaurant. At all three locations we visited, the fries were consistently overcooked and small in portion size. The quality of the potatoes seems to be low and the oil is not changed regularly. However, Phil's Burger manages to cook their fries correctly and could serve as an example for improvement. The truffle dip was also not worth the price. I hope that they can make some changes because Phil's Burger has potential to be a great restaurant if they improve the quality of their food.
My German business partners and I visited Brödernas on April 5th. The service was incredibly poor. When we ordered beer, the waitress initially acknowledged it but then returned to say they were out of beer?! When it came time to pay, the beer was still on the bill. It was eventually removed, but the overall experience was disappointing. The restaurant was partially empty and in disarray, giving off a negative impression to foreign visitors. Despite these issues, the burgers were good. Overall, I suggest either improving or closing the restaurant.
Really some of the biggest burgers find them not only on stockholm, but everywhere. service was also friendly. strongly recommended.
It’s like playing jeopardy to receive the correct order with them. 2/5 were not delivered gluten free as ordered. If I wouldn’t feel the difference by touching the bread I probably would have been in serious trouble. When calling and reporting the issue, instead of sending the correct order right away you get a “we can’t do anything about it order elsewhere”. That’s what I call service first poison your customers by not caring and then not even making up for your mistakes
