Contribuisci feedbackI usually don't write reviews on restaurants abroad, but I have to make an exception for this one. It is one of the best restaurants I've visited, and they will be closing soon for a new journey later this year.
Chefs Anton Bjuhr and Jacob Holmström have truly crafted something extraordinary at Gastrologics. Since taking over, the restaurant has garnered attention from Michelin and cemented its place as a standout in the European dining scene.
Gastrologik, with its two Michelin stars, is a fantastic representation of the innovative new Nordic culinary techniques. The restaurant uses fresh ingredients sourced from Scandinavia to create dishes with complex and delightful flavors.
Excellent restaurant with a strong focus on local content and sustainability. very refined dishes and exxellent service. highly recommended.
Great culinary experience. the future service was really well tried. for five stars I would recommend going in summer or autumn, as the restaurant uses seasonal ingredients. we went early marching if the offer is probably the most limited. the service could have been a bit fine tuned if they look at the two stars.
