Ljunggrens Takterrass - Stockholm

The restaurant offers delicious food, a variety of drinks, a pleasant atmosphere, excellent service, and is conveniently located near the subway and other bars. The music is also enjoyable.

Nice atmosphere and minimalist dark decor. On arrival we waited for 10 mins at the door to be seated which was alarming. Turned out the waiter was alone with some 10ish tables to wait which made everything very slow. Took for instance 20 mins to get 2 cocktails. Or 15 mins to get small individual plates to share the food once it had arrived. We tried a bunch of dishes (veg, meat, ceviche, nigiri) from the a la carte menu and overall feeling is: decent. Apart from noodles and plain rice, the portions were very minimal (bao and beef). Portions are to share but for what you pay, the ratio is quite poor. Go there for atmosphere but dont expect to get blown away by the food. Won't return.

I didn't have a great experience at this restaurant. Stockholm is known for its lunch scene where you can enjoy fast and delicious food at affordable prices, but that was not the case here. Firstly, they tried to sell us a dish that they actually didn't have available. Secondly, there was a long wait before they served the dish we ended up ordering. And finally, the dish we received was just rice with meat and teriyaki sauce - not very appetizing. Overall, not a great dining experience.

Came here for after the work cocktails and fell in love with the vibe. it is located in a lively shopping district, and the back of the restaurant opens.

Looked down, took minutes for a waitress to take our order of beer. wait a few minutes and have not yet received them or have been asked to order food.
