Tgi Friday's Kungstradgarden Closed

Made my första och sista besök on TGI Friday's förra veckan. Av reachable occasion är k tillön trället all time borrowed och we fick vänta one bra roof on one table. The service was sixty, but inefficient och in the sällskapet we were serverade on olika times. När we beställde coffee och dessert hen coffee bli kallt innan dessert came...<br/ <br/ If you gillar TGI Fridays or not beror nog on the willkas you have. The Mat in itself was ok, but no höjdarupplevelse. It was tough, rörigt och truffle. Minus förts tot people fortfarande tone röka on the part. Att the personal gormar och sjunger för födelsedag child och trör andra gäster was inte also the reach of the needle. If you have fyllt 25 gör you bäst in besöka reachgot annat ställe.

The quality of a restaurant can be assessed according to their toilets. This was the worst thing I’ve been with. I tried to clean the toilet for my daughter to pee. The stench made me unable to do that. We queued to the disability toilet, which thankfully was something better.

This restaurant provides the worst customer service in Stockholm – extremely sleepy and ignorant. If you like waiting 30 minutes to order your first drink and wait for your bill for 30 minutes, go ahead! Please, just don’t visit. There’s so many good places in Stockholm that deserves costumers. I truly hope this place go bankrupt.

Was a cold and wet day. Had to queue, the server said there was no tables inside so can we sit outside. We said no as it's cold and wet outside. Directly behind the server was lots of empty tables, we said what about those tables, he said no they're drinking only, i said why is there ketchup, mustard and salt pepper on those tables then, he merely shrugged his shoulders. I have zero confidence in the service and the food if it's this disorganised, unproffessional and ridiculous before even setting foot in there. Enter at your own risk if you can even get in.

I ordered a burger. The first one was burned and I couldn’t eat it. The waitress told me I would get a new one in max 15 minutes. At the end I had to wait over 30 minutes for a new one. Food was ok thought.
