The service was outstanding as well, making for a pleasant experience. However, the atmosphere was average. I am not sure about their offerings for vegetarians, so it may be best to check that in advance if you're looking for plant-based options.

I tried this fish and chip shop for the first time, as I'm quite particular about hygiene ratings now after experiencing food poisoning. Their rating posted on the door and the recent update from September 2023 were reassuring. The service was nice, and there weren't many customers, which made me a bit hesitant to try it. I had a craving for fried rice, chips, and curry, so I ordered that. Unfortunately, when I got home, I found that they had given me boiled rice instead of fried. Overall, the food was decent, but there was hardly any curry—I guess I could have asked for extra. They have a massive menu, so I might consider visiting again sometime. As for parking, I had to find a spot on a side street near the chip shop.

I used to live almost opposite and now in Dane Bank... we have used the Hing Wah for over 40 years on and off. Never disappoints.
