Best Caribbean food I've had in a long time, I craved it when pregnant with my son 21 yrs ago bk then I went earls in Openshaw. Mama Flo's is on parr with Earls best I've ever had. I've are at a lot of Caribbean food it's our favorite type of food to eat. Plus service and atmosphere is on point down to earth and polite friendly happy. Is a little dearer than other places but u get what you pay for. Quality food and service worth every penny. I had never been to this restaurant before, but my son treated me to a meal there and I was blown away. The atmosphere was amazing with top-notch service from the lovely ladies who also danced. The food was delicious and the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner. The price per person is around £20-30. 5/5 for food, service, and atmosphere!

The curried goat and jerk chicken at this restaurant were fantastic! Mama Flo was friendly and funny to talk to. There is easy parking available on the side streets to the left of the shop. The service was great for a dine-in lunch, and the prices were very reasonable at £1-10 per person. I highly recommend trying the Curried Goat with Rice and Veg.
