Contribuisci feedbackI frequently visit this McDonald's and have encountered some mistakes with my order. Tom, the manager, is very understanding and always willing to assist his customers. There are many staff members under Tom's management who consistently get things right when he is in charge. During my visit, there was a girl at the ordering desk who had to handle a complicated large order for a family with three children who have specific dietary needs and preferences. They made all the necessary adjustments to accommodate the children's requests for certain sauces that were not typically available for the items on the menu. I am grateful for the patience shown by Izzy, who was also taking drive-thru orders at the time, and Tom, the manager, for being such a great individual. I believe McDonald's has made a wise choice in having Tom manage their store, and I hope others will follow in his footsteps. Many thanks to Tom and Izzy for their excellent customer service.
I ordered a double cheeseburger and it was cold and dry. unacceptable to serve hot food cold. What a waste of time and money
The breakfast experience was disappointing. I ordered a double sausage and egg but received egg and cheese instead. The staff were unhelpful and clueless, and the restaurant was dirty and in need of a thorough cleaning. I would not recommend this place at all. It was overpriced and disorganized, resembling more of a hovel than a restaurant.
Every time I go to this McDonald's, there is always something missing or incorrect with my order. This time, I didn't receive my drink. In my last few visits, I've received half-filled fries multiple times, the wrong drink, cold fries, burnt fries, half-filled drinks, no sauce, lettuce on my cheeseburger, no sauce for my cheese dippers, and they often run out of ice cream during hot weather and blame it on a broken machine. The list of mistakes goes on and on.
Awful, staff got amount if chicken nuggets wrong by 4......went in to get them as we went through the drive thru, happy polite member of staff until he got to the counter and didn 't realise I was there with him. He then started talking to colleagues taking the mick that I had counted them. So 3 members of staff loudly laughing and saying who on earth counts nuggets, so I said over the counter I do, as they are being spilt between two boys, now it 's your mistake not mine, you got the amount wrong yet I am being taken the **** out of? I was then told by a manager not to shout at her staff....she had witnessed the whole thing I replied with your staff are taking the **** out of me when they can 't count the amount of nuggets.....it says 20 for a reason I paid for a box of 20 for a reason...again they got it wrong not me....tell your staff! Utterly disgusted and shocked, one of the cleaners actually rushed out after me and after speaking with her she said she would refer it to her manager. I was livid!
