Kfc - Stockton-on-Tees

That's it. We won't be returning. We didn't receive what we ordered. The chicken was lukewarm and the chips were cold and soggy. It's frustrating because if the meal had been prepared correctly and as advertised, it would have been enjoyable.

Waste of money - the chicken was oily, the chips were cold, and the sides were flavorless. Overall, the food was terrible.

I will never eat here again. This restaurant should be permanently shut down. Not only do they steal from you and deceive you, but if you order a bucket of chicken, you only get legs. Every time I ordered online I received 14 legs, and when I ordered in store, I got all legs again. The food doesn't even taste like KFC. The place is dirty and filthy, and I can only imagine what kind of germs are on the food. This is the type of place where you can expect someone to spit on your food, or worse. The toilets are in a terrible state, with years of neglect evident. I will be filing complaints with the head office of the franchise, as well as reporting to health and safety and food hygiene for inspection. The restaurant is covered in human excrement and blood, with dirty toilet brushes and filthy baby changing facilities. This place is a disgrace, and my recommendation is to stay away and eat at a different, cleaner restaurant in the area.

I ordered on line and then couldn’t check in when I got there and the staff had no idea what I was talking about. I eventually got my meal with the order no. The food itself was absolutely disgusting. The zinger burger was hard, and had no salad, the chips were cold, and the teriyaki bits tasted sour. I had been warned that the food was not good here and to steer clear. I wish I had listened

Was served burnt chicken last night and watery ice tea..bought drive thrue opened my food when was on A19 going Oxford to realise its un eatable..really disappointed..im a courier driver based in Oxford had a parcel to deliver in Stockton,after my delivery googled nearest kfc,wellington square was closest.only to be served with burnt chicken..Please never mess with a black man and his chicken!!!really disappointed
