Rude horrible people who work there, my daughter orded food for delivery, they sent it to the wrong address and wouldn't resolve the issue, took payment and wouldn't issue a refund.

Totally gone downhill. Cheap quality food, lack of food hygeine no clue on customer service except for one lad I think his name is Mo. He is wasted in there. Always a mess now around the outside bins too.

The only thing we miss since moving out of Billingham, I actually get sent miles to pick up an order once a week. Still worth it
