The Food Palace - Stockton-on-Tees

This takeout restaurant is amazing, I have been coming here for years and the food is always tasty with generous portions. It can get busy, but that's just a sign of how good it is. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are great too.

Two hours and still waiting for my order. Normally really good. But not great tonight Edit Gave them another try tonight. and still waiting again. Lovely food, but delivery times are dire. Think this will be the last.

Never had a terrible one from here. Consistent. Been my saviour since the first lockdown. My sunday night go to after a long week. Great Job folks@FoodPalace

Ordered at was given a due for of but it never arrived till The worst part is rang over times and the phone wasn't answered once so didn't expect it to turn up so ordered somewhere else (arrived within minutes). Will never order again because the customer service is just dreadful. If it is going to be late tell customers or answer the phone!! Stop taking orders you can not commit too! Greed!

The food was tasty, but the service was lacking. I could hear the restaurant owner arguing with customers on the phone while I waited. When my food was ready, it was passed to me with no greeting or smile. It felt like I was just dealing with a vending machine.
