The Highland Laddie - Stockton-on-Tees

What an interesting experience we had at The Highland Laddie! After arriving fairly late in town and checking into our B&B, we were on the hunt for a place to eat. Many places had already stopped serving food, but after asking around, we stumbled upon this neighborhood pub bustling with locals. We definitely stood out as one of the few groups actually eating, while most others were enjoying drinks. The crowd was diverse, with people in business attire, bridesmaid parties, and women dressed to the nines. The menu had a wide variety of options, including burgers, fish, steak, sandwiches, salads, soups, pastas, and more. I tried a wrap, which was just okay, but we did discover the delicious Strongbow Dark Fruit cider, a UK specialty. Overall, The Highland Laddie is a lively pub worth visiting, especially for its affordable drinks and late-night food options. It was a welcome change from the pricey pubs in London. Come here for a taste of the local scene!

I've been here for many years with the family and eating was always great. this spoon is located in a large central high street location with unusable access. has a large selection of food and drinks with themed evenings. the male and female toilets are on stairs and look great always clean and tidy, with the disabled toilet down in a corner and also clean and neat. there is an outside veranda when they can sit on the warmer days. eating is from burgers, breakfasts, chicken dishes, vegaterian dishes, fish dishes and curry’s and much more, with a selection of deserts. the eating is a good quality and most of the time warm to hot there were some occasions they were not followed up graces or the eating was not hot enough. it may sometimes be quite roudy, and I think the staff should be a more proactive approach for them type of people especially when it is family hours. the personal is friendly and responsive. they can also order for eating and drinking through there app. but a great place to eat reasonable trips.

Very popular among the locals. friendly staff. can not always get a table immediately, which is perhaps not necessarily a bad thing, since eating in the is really very good. cheap eating and drinking (suitable for every taste and budget) consistent clean and tidy. toilets clean. each 'spoons will lose a star, as they never have background music.

It is a wetherspoone, familiar environment. eating is often delivered immediately and as expected. drink selection is good. glasses sometimes come with a bit extra lipstick to help them up in the night.

Always evaluates the laddie for inexpensive and tasty eating great for nipples if they want to cook a break from, but they must have changed the supplier as in the halloumi sweet chili wrap that we had yesterday the halloumi was tasteless and not squeaky while eating, we both left the cheese and ate only the wraps, we have always enjoyed it in pasture and it is so disappointing
