Bbq 434 (stockton Market)

I had a very difficult time placing my first order. Trying to be understanding because of Covid but the hours are weekend only and Friday from 4 to 7 pm?? Called during I guess off hours and was told to leave a message and they would get back to me as soon as possible. Made 6 call attempts. When I got through was told to place the order online, pay and a pick up time would be given. Also BBQ Meal Deals would take two hours to prepare . OK Placed and order and got a call back minutes after placing the order, saying the corn beef was only for St Pats. It says so on the website That it did but only if you hold your phone like your watching a movie! Also the order would be ready in 27 minutes (What happen to two hours . Because this place is in the Stockton market which has other shops in it parking can and was a problem. Was then told because I placed the order via there website the product (corn beef was only available on specific days, (But wait your only open three days a week! Also the entire order would have to be canceled. But my card had already been charged for the full order and they could not remove the item (The item they won 't have for a week and 3 days Yet you can add the item to your cart and they take the money for it. They needed to cancel the entire pending order and I would have to reorder again. NOT! This is food we are talking about. We are still in lock down, almost and in some places not. Ordering food online should be an exact science by now. And in most places it is. Maybe in time they will get there ACT together but for now they are not ready for prime time! And I have not even got to What is the food like?! FYI I have had BBQ from New York (City and State , New Jersey, Philly, Pittsburgh, Columbus Ohio, Kansas City, Jacksonville, Chicago (the Capital of BBQ , St Louis another BBQ hot spot, Dallas Texas in the top 10 too, Los Angles, Miami, Cordoba Argentina, Baltimore, Boston, Toronto, Binghamton NY, Winston Salem NC, The South Bronx, Brooklyn, Savannah GA, Sarasota FL, Memphis TN, and Milwaukee WI to name a few. In Jersey try QCrew!

I regularly come by getting some food in this spot. I loved the swift service and well prepared food. Great work.

I wanted to thank BBQ 434 for their great food and service for our small backyard wedding. Our family/friends really enjoyed the food and the server/cook was amazing. It was a really great experience working with this company from the beginning to the end. Thank you!

We went today and were dissatisfied. The sausage didn't have any flavor, the Mac and cheese was bland, and the corn wasn't good either. We got home and there was no sauce included, maybe that would have added flavor to the sausage. We are from TX and love BBQ. If you are in the area, go to More Than Q in Lambertville. We won't stray again.
