No bbq sauce. Rude customer service. Felt rushed ordering my food. Fries were cold. Horrible experience. Never coming back to this location again. Do better. Please.

The worst Carl's of them all. Staff seem to not care. Out of two visits the order was wrong and the food was lousy.

Every time we come to this location there is a young Latin girl who has a horrible attitude and the worst customer service! She truly should not be working at the window. We don’t come often, but the times we do we always have an issue with her. I don’t know what her problem(s) are, but they aren’t the customer’s so she needs to remember that. I would definitely recommend taking your business to Lathrop or March Lane. We ordered a kids meal and zucchini and they forgot half the kids meal. She didn’t even tell us a total, just snatched the card all this was done with no words from her.

Was waiting over 25 minutes in the drive thru for 4 burgers .food was

This Carl's Jr greatly surprised us, it was super clean and the food was hot and delicious. Our standards our generally not too high when it comes to fast food, so we enjoyed it.
