I would like to know why credit card is accepted, besides the credit card discover? Just curious.I love shopping here ever since I was a little girl, a little bit over pricey but one of the best quality items to buy in bulk for businesses. Although, I have a few pointers to say, I'll save those comments for the executives. Over all, great company.

I am not happy with the way they give out handicap carts. I was clearly park in handicap parking, my husband gets out and let's this lady know we need one. The one she had was low on charge she was gonna charge it. Another customer goes up to this guy working in parking lot gave the next women that walked up. I had been sitting the hot car waiting and she just parked in middle of parking lot and they gave it away to her. They need to adjust their policy on who is next in line. Not fair. I ended up leaving and I won't go to Stockton store again
The optical department at Costco Hammer Lane let’s customers wait more than the usual wait times. I was at the Optical Costco store August 3 approx 3pm. They go by a numbering system. I was next in line. This rep Mr. Khan totally ignored me and did not bother to ask if I needed help. Mr Khan was not with a customer. He could’ve at least help me. He paced himself back and forth in and out of the counter. This guy needs training with customer service. Totally inept in his job!
