Go Falafel Greek Food - Stockton

My daughter recently moved into the neighborhood and suggested we try Go Falafels for their vegan options. My partner and I dined there tonight and ordered three different meat dishes, all of which were delicious! Now we know we have a fantastic culinary option that can satisfy both our carnivorous cravings and our daughter's vegan partner.

Best Greek spot in Stockton. The papa strov fries with the gyro meat is my favorite. And the Greek salad is always a hit. Highly suggest this place if you are looking for a fresh lunch or dinner but they do close at like 8pm.

I am lucky my office is within walking distance to this place. Today, I used the RAD card and tried the combination salad for the first time and it is officially my new favorite salad in Stockton! It is their Greek salad with falafel, dolma, chicken, and gyro meat. Serviced with tzatziki sauce. You can have pita with it too but I don 't eat bread so I didn 't have any. I love the variety of flavors and textures! The falafel is so good, with its crunch on the outside and soft, yumminess on the inside- not dry at all! You also get a substantial portion, so I ate half for lunch and will have the other half for dinner. Win-win all the way around. I 'm super happy right now!

On one of my visits, I spoke with a gentleman who was much more helpful; he took the time to explain the different meat dishes in detail. However, I found the prices to be quite steep. A single plate, along with a salad, cost $22. On our last visit, my kids ordered drinks, and the total came to $53. Given the high prices and inconsistent service, I don't think I'll be returning.

The food was tasty, but the portions were quite small, and the prices were higher than those of similar restaurants. Overall, it's not compelling enough for me to want to return.
