Hands From Heaven Bbq - Stockton

This place serves excellent homemade food and BBQ. I was in search of some good comfort food, and this restaurant exceeded my expectations. The owners are extremely kind and welcoming, making you feel like a guest in their home. Their potato salad was the best I've ever had—I could have eaten a whole bucket of it!

I'm reluctant to give a restaurant a negative review, especially knowing they're all facing challenges, but this one truly deserves it. I ordered the three sides along with ribs, chicken, and brisket. Unfortunately, over half of the brisket slices were just pure fat. They slathered so much barbecue sauce on the ribs and chicken that I could barely taste the meat. The barbecue sauce itself was unpleasant. Everything was cold, and none of the dishes tasted like they were cooked on a barbecue; it felt more like they had come out of an oven. I couldn't even finish the macaroni and cheese, and the collard greens were dreadful. My friend felt just as dissatisfied with the meal. Honestly, I wouldn't choose to eat here even if the food were free.

I have to share about my lunch! The brisket was cooked to perfection; it practically melted in my mouth! The sauce was amazing! The BBQ hot link had a wonderful kick at the end of each bite. Without a doubt, the best potato salad I’ve ever had! I’m officially a fan!

Is this place a joke or is it for real? The hours are too short assuming they are even open at all. They likely won't be. They only take cash. Where did they learn how to run a business. I ate there once. She prepared it to go when I wanted to eat there.

This is my go to lunch spot. Food is delicious and customer service is excellent. Family owned please support them you won't be disappointed.
