Contribuisci feedbackI’m giving this place 4 stars because I paid $1 for blueberries and they gave me not even a spoonful. If you want to drive revenue I would suggest not cheaping out on add ons. I will no longer add shots/extra toppings when visiting this location solely based on this experience. Great service from the employees though they were very kind, I know this has nothing to do with them!
I went there yesterday to grab my employees drinks I own three fast food chain and as a franchise owner I can’t bear the service they does there so order rung up incorrect first we order 2 large strawberry swirl and split in four suggested by an employee she was very nice and one waffle and 2 twist and juices paid $37 and wait order is ready but forgot out smoothies I asked the same cashier she said oh I m sorry I forgot that to add it’s ok it’s happens so she ring again 2 large smoothies and add coconut cream $25 we were waiting so long so I told her can you pls do little faster and she was making my bowl but did not hear and what I said but the person who was handling Order to guests she heard and told me “ this is rude “ I said ha I said I just said can you do little fast pls she still said next time ya but still you are rude because we r waiting here without knowing our order was not took properly was not our fault and then you teaching other people we are rude come on rather than apologize she giving attitude and once our drinks one done by other person she puts drink there she move back she was keep talking to other employees that I am not gonna deal with this and that and if you have system to watch and listen what happened around 2:30 to 3:00 I don’t have words how insulted I felt waited half hour for this service and attitude without even saying any word I was shocked and and just left with my drinks and my employee was with me I couldn’t find her name
I visited this location at 8:40 PM expecting service until 9:00 PM as advertised. Despite being technically open, I was denied service for fresh orange juice, as the staff (young Asian lady and young Mexican lady with tattoo on her neck) had begun “cleanup” and didn’t want to have to clean the machine again. When I questioned this, they ignored me and walked away. It 's unfair to advertise hours until 9:00 PM but stop serving earlier without notice. Transparency and customer service need a lot of improvement.
Came here yesterday amazing service from analisa , before this review i seen a carla review about this young lady. Sounds like your a loser i dont think jamba juice cares about your 40$ a week. Get a better life instead of trying to ruin someone else’s B word.
