Had an attitude and was rude about answering a question regarding the cold foam for the drink. also made our order terribly strong/bitter. might not be that serious but they should have some courtesy for their servicing. not ordering from here again.

They should change there hours if they wan to close at 7pm instead of 8 is the second time i come between 7pm and 7:30 and they say they are closed

She wasn’t wearing a nametag, but the heavier set black woman with glasses this morning did not even attempt to be decent. The entire time felt like I was intruding on her time, but she’s the employee and I’m the customer? A tier establishment with an F tier worker.

Great cozy location on Miracle Mile. The service is always excellent and the staff are wonderful.
