We were very unpleased to see what I assumed to be a inspector of some sort cross contaminating the food while wearing gloves she held a tablet in her hands and was picking threw all the food as she was holding the tablet and touching the screen at the same time. She was also seen picking up other items around her adjusting her bangs and touching the food without changing her gloves or washing her hands before continuing to touch the food the whole lobby was thinking how disgusting as she was very unprofessional and judgemental to the staff who are great at changing gloves and taking food safety precautions when she came in with very high expectations considering it was their busiest time of the day and we thought she was rude when she herself was the only one we saw not following precautions !!! Other than that we love Travis's subway and think this issue should be addressed if we hadn't already got our lunch we would have turned around and walked out !!!
The drive thru sucks, I went today to get a foot long turkey sandwich I added avocados in my sandwich. Which you pay extra for the avocados. Turns out when I got home, my sandwich didn’t have no avocado, mind you I paid the extra for it. The one who helped me was an Asian lady with color contacts. I ended up putting my own avocados from home extra mayo like I asked through the drive-thru. I asked for it to be extra heated because I’m pregnant I need it to be cooked. It was cold. Be better please
Not a fan of Subway although to give them a credit this is one of the better ones I’ve been to!
New place only issue placed the order they app for curbside which I had to go inside to get it myself after 20 min of waiting in the parking lot in front of their
Rudest employees I've ever encountered! Will not be returning service was horrible and it was not very clean for being a new store! employees clearly don't know customer service
