Taco Bell - Stockton

I ordered a steak and egg breakfast burrito from this restaurant, and it was the worst burrito I have ever had. I am a frequent breakfast eater at Taco Bell locations all over California, so I know that this burrito was subpar compared to others. The steak was tough and tasted like it came from a cheap source. The potatoes were also undercooked and difficult to chew. It seemed as if the burrito had been sitting around for a while or had been frozen before serving. I will not be returning to this restaurant to eat again.

I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru despite there being only 2 cars in front of me. I then waited an additional ten minutes at the pick-up window without any updates on my order. When I finally got the attention of the staff and informed them that I had a mobile order, they still got my order wrong. It was a hassle to get it corrected and ask for a replacement.

I am satisfied with my experience at this restaurant 4 out of 5 times.

4 out of six articles were not made right. beans were casual. it took a lot of time to make order. due to the lack of professionality, poor quality of food, wrong order I could not recommend this restaurant.
