Tacos El Pelon - Stockton

These are the best tacos I’ve ever had—trust me, it’s not just because I was hungry! The presentation of the meal is spot on, and I’ve never encountered a food truck that serves nopales alongside their tacos. Everything is fresh and bursting with flavor. The tortillas are made fresh, and you can really taste the quality. You can tell that this truck is run with love and a genuine passion for the food they serve. And forget about soggy chicharrones; these are crispy and full of meat!

The grilled chicken and barbecue were very good. My husband loved the regular grilled chicken, and I enjoyed both. I appreciate food that has a lot of flavor—if it doesn’t, I won’t go back. However, this grilled chicken was excellent! The salsa was just how I like it: tasty and spicy. I’ll definitely be returning because now I know where to get my chicken in Stockton.

I really enjoy the tacos at this place; they are quite unique compared to what I've had at other taco spots.
