Flames Smallthorn - Stoke-on-Trent

Ordered 3 milkshakes all different ones, received them and couldn’t figure out which was which as they weren’t labeled and all looked very similar, tasted each and it was very hard to identify by taste… it doesn’t take 2 minutes to label them so that customers know which is which.

No words. Just dreadful. Curry was basically soup Nan bread a soggy pancake Spoiled a lovely night in with my family. Will be a very long time before I go back.

Ordered online which was straight forward. Food took ages, then a man came w our milkshakes but not the food?? We asked the lady on the phone who was cocky. She lied on the phone and gave the driver wrong address and wrong number. Thought it was “a prank call” and that he knocked on the door when the woman on the phone just lied. Awful and rude. Foods good tho

Really good wings Had a spontaneous take away the other night. Ordered chicken wings and chicken pieces the wings were amazing!!! Other chicken pieces were pretty good and the chips are very nice. Service was quick :
