The Ship - Stoke-on-Trent

We have visited the restaurant multiple times since Paul and Christina became the owners. The atmosphere is fantastic and the staff are very friendly. Russ has curated an excellent menu and the food is outstanding, all cooked and prepared freshly. The desserts, particularly the Baileys Cheesecake, are exceptional. I recently enjoyed a wonderful meal with friends to celebrate a birthday at this restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and the restaurant was clean and tidy. We ordered a mixed grill, steak and ale pie, duck with mushroom risotto, and blackcurrant sauce - all of which were delicious. The homemade desserts, including Eaton mess, Sticky Toffee Pudding, and Baileys Cheesecake, were also fantastic. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.
