You can spend quite a while in the V&A collection museum which is amazing particularly if you are interested in ceramics, however the very well curated collection takes you through industrial and social history. The development of the factory and the different styles of pottery. There's a few oral histories too. Not a huge amount to keep children amused but there's a trail with stamps to impress in the paper. Don't miss the Tea Rooms. Pricey but good value for money and cater extremely well for vegans as they have an afternoon tea for them. We had scones but the afternoon tea looks legendary and they will supply you with a nice box to take away what you can't manage. Excellent choice of teas and very good coffee. Different styled rooms and of course eating and drinking off Wedgwood's finest china! There's also a shop, an outlet shop with stuff from the parent company Fiskers and a local produce shop if you've any money left after all of that!
Amazing place, needs a good half day just for the museum
