Pizza Hut - Stone Mountain

Andre provided exceptional service, and the customer care was outstanding. Christiana was also wonderful—very patient with me and my family! The wings were tasty, and the pizza was fantastic! I highly recommend this place—10/10! If you're looking for a relaxing meal with your family, this is the spot!

My experience at this restaurant really varies depending on the day and the staff on duty. I can confidently say that our orders have always been accurate, and the food is consistently good. Pickup times are great, but delivery can be a bit challenging due to a shortage of staff. Keep in mind that this was during the COVID period, so things may have changed since then.

Good place about 15 minutes for a fresh pizza and good not undercooked or doughy

Ordered online. Pizza came quick. The problem was it was someone else's pizza. So when I called the store they put me on hold 2x. After sitting on hold for more than 10 minutes they picked up and hung up right away. The last time I called I sat on hold for more than 30 min. I check the hours and these people actually transferred me to a number and closed the restaurant all while I sat on hold. I don't eat pork which is exactly what they sent me. No dinner tonight? It's almost 11pm by now. Mad as hell! We'll stay with Marcos from now on!!!

I would appreciate it if a manager could respond with their contact information so we can discuss this issue, as the behavior displayed here is unacceptable. This store doesn't even deserve a single star. I spoke with the district leader, who promised to call me back after addressing the situation, but I haven't heard from him since our conversation. He mentioned he was on his way to the store when we talked, which suggests that nothing was done about my complaint, especially since I didn't receive a follow-up call. I even offered to return to the store with video evidence, but he declined, saying he would check the store's cameras.
