It's a lovely little cafe, very clean, the food is prepared quickly and it satisfies everyone in our family. We like to stop in about once a week, though we live a town or two over. I LOVE their specialty coffees. Quality is spot on. I've never had a poorly made espresso or Chai latte. Their Kushala Mocha is delicious. The staff has always been more than friendly. They are kind.
Food is great, but IMAGINE charging .65 for a single, thin slice of tomato. Ive noticed a few items and add-ons are just wildly priced. Only reason I’m giving 4 is because I’m baffled. Edit: sandwich was very delicious, however i still stand by my above comments
Drove all the way here from N Andover to check it out because of the good reviews and switch things up a bit from starbucks/cafe nero. Wish I hadn't. Wifi wouldn't work, so they reset it, and then it still would not work except for simple google searching, all websites and applications throwing a security alert or not loading. I gave up and used my hotspot instead. Baristas didn't seem that friendly. Tables were super micromanaged by party-size and had covid barriers (seriously?? can this madness stop now at the end of 2022?? . Cute cafe but the vibe was ruined by all the things listed above. Latte was very good, at least.
I have ordered from this place through doordash twice and both times i had an overall good experience. the coffee is always hot due to the care the employees put into packaging it. i really love their mocha lattes. however, it is pretty clear that coffee is their strong suit (which makes sense). i really like their breakfast sandwiches, i have no issues with them. the pastries are also pretty good, however, i wish they could have been heated up. i do understand, however, that heating up a pastry then putting it in a bag could make the pastry soggy so i don’t have too much of an issue with it. today i ordered a chocolate croissant through doordash and they didn’t have one in stock, so when i got my order and opened it up, i saw a note that read “hi, sorry, we don’t have the chocolate croissant, just the chocolate muffin. sorry about that.” i then found out that they replaced the croissant with the chocolate chip muffin, which considering the options they had, i think this was a pretty good solution. i will definitely be buying from here again!
