Contribuisci feedbackI had placed an Uber eats order for 4 blizzards. Dairy Queen did not hand over the 4 I ordered to my Uber delivery driver. Uber eats was nice and refunded me but I wanted what I ordered so I called the store to let them know my order was wrong and I was going to reorder through Uber eats and to please make sure to get more order right. The manager started arguing with me telling me never to call the store for an Uber order and that if I want a refund to call Uber- I said I already got that taken care of I’m just letting you know I am gonna reorder cause I want the correct order- she basically said she doesn’t care if she gets the orders wrong because Uber will cover them and it’s NOT her problem. Rudest manager ever. I told her I’m ordering from sonic then since she can’t simply say “I’m sorry about that ma’am we will make sure when we get to it Uber ticket to make it correct” then she tries to explain to me how Uber eats works. I’ve been a fast food manager the last couple years I know how it works. She could have been polite and made sure to remake my reorder correct but instead she wanted to be a rude horrible person to me!
Just went through the drive-thru and got two small dipped cones this time. Can't comment on the atmosphere. But it's consistently a pleasant place inside or the drive-thru. The employees are always friendly and helpful.
