I saw a roach at this location and the service was horrible

Food was excellent, very fresh eggs, but the tap water they serve tastes like rotted metal piping. Service was efficient, but also officious. Not what one would expect.

Miss Shirley was wonderful. It was a Mommy Daughter date. My daughter is obsessed with ihop because of their smile pancakes. By the end of it. My daughter was helping to check out Miss Shirley and enjoyed her attention and praise for acting proper for her age.

My husband and I had the pleasure of having dinner there Sunday evening. I want to comment on our waitress, Ms Shirley. She was, without a doubt, the best waitress we’ve ever had, anywhere. She was dressed with some Mardi Gras accessories and, together with her friendly yet friendly attitude, it set the tone for an enjoyable experience. She was professional and took our orders and followed up with us throughout the meal, quickly fulfilling any requests we made. In speaking with us, her friendliness and joy with life was evident. She was a joy to talk to. Ms Shirley is truly an asset to you. She represents ihop in the best possible way. I truly hope that the next time we are there, she is too.

I drove to this location to place an order to go, DANIEL was the host. He gave me a menu, but directed me to the next counter, the girl there never greeted me, made eye contact, nothing. Other employees behind her they were also quiet and didn't ask me anything... The manager saw me standing and told DANIEL to take my order.. I placed my orders to go with him. Thank you,DANIEL for your wonderful customer service.
