First experience with eating a savory sweet potato! It was Delicious!! The sweet potato was sprinkled with brown sugar and cinnamon and had brisket with bacon, red onion, olives, pickles, green onion, and sour cream. As large as the potato was, I was actually able to finish it and I didn't feel weighed down!

You can't really go wrong with potatoes. Very cool business idea. Lots of options here. My only complaint is that they don't season the potato skins at all. They should be hit with some oil and sea salt at minimum before baking. I add garlic, thyme, and rosemary to mine I make at home also. I know most people probably don't bother eating the skin so maybe it's not economical to go that all out, but oil and salt at least for those of us that do.Still, can't beat a portable potato to go. It hit the spot regardless.Vegetarian options: You're not required to add meat so the vegetarian options are numerous.Dietary restrictions: Customization means it's friendly to vegetarians, vegans, and people with sensory issues.
