La Crawfish Loop 410

Augie was and always is awesome. The food was great AS ALWAYS but we get the Pho, the Magic Rice, the beignets were delish and the curry chicken was awesome!

The place is nice .!! The food is always consistent. Shrimp is always cooked right . Easy to peel. The pho was amazing .!! You can get you Asian cuisine , creole and such here. The waffle fries r huge and tasty. Gumbo had nice rue.!! Would highly recommend. And 5 mins from the airport .!!Parking: Parking is easy !! And next to a strip club lol

I ordered the chicken wings as I always do and today the chicken wings were not fresh and the lemon pepper flavor that I was used to getting didn't taste good tasted like old shrimp shells and instead of the house ranch dressing I got packets like wtf.thismlocatiinnsux they are always out of ingredients and the customer service is horrible..I waited almost 15 minutes to even be acknowledged and then these small ass wings ..I'm never going back to this location.Ill make the trip to the Alamo Ranch location where u actually get the food u ordered on the menu

Called in worth a food waited 20 minutes before checking in from my order. Still waiting for food after I walked in. Sat at the bar and they gave me one bag of food. I 've noticed that my wings that I ordered we 're not in the bag. Instead of checking the order just to confirm, he tells me I didn 't charge for wings when it is on the receipt that attached to the bag. So it goes to the back to get my wings and apologizes. my fault was not doublechecking the order from that so I drove home 30 minutes to realize I got one out of four things that I 've ordered and yet paid $85 for 2 pound of crawfish. I was so mad at the time i wastedr, when I called I was livid. The front guy in the counter is always helpful and sweet and when I came to the store, I did apologize for taking it out on him but I was so mad that they could miss THE ENTIRE MAIN MEAL. So when I come to pick up the rest of my order, he has the audacity to ask me if I have the bag? But luckily I did take a picture to show that I 'm not lying or trying to get a free meal. Poor Customer Service didn 't know I had to prove that you messed up in order for you to just take ownership of it. Who would really lie for a free meal when you paid for that TO GO. IT doesnt make sense! I show them the picture and one man says we put the wrong bag so THEN THEY MADE MY MISSING FOOD. i just got off work from 13 hour shift, i wanted to come home and enjoy my dinner but ruined it with an extra hour of driving. OWN IT AND MAKE IT RIGHT. Don 't ask for proof

These guys are cashiers, bartenders, cooks and servers!! Tip nicely!! They make it a wonderful experience! Chicken and waffles were delicious (son) he said post 5 stars! My crawfish pho is amazing!!Sweet potatoe fries are awesome ?They have a separate bar here, which is nice for people who prefer that! Which I’m sure would be a hit for my family. If you don’t have your kids!!Side note: restrooms were clean! Which says a lot about the place!
