Absolutely horrible service. I used to love coming in, my boyfriend and I love Mexican food and the food here is very close to being authentic. On August 5th we ordered two tortas and a coke (we ordered it to go because it was close to closing hour), when we got home we noticed that even though the menu said all tortas came with fries, my sandwich only came with 5 fries 3 of them were burnt, and my boyfriend's the same &the coke we ordered was missing(i'm pretty sure they just didn't want to make more fries). Since it was almost time for them to close, I called and told them what happened to see if I could get a partial refund for the missing fries and coke, but the manager said that because of the inconvenience he would give us a a gift card, and a free order of fries as well as a coke on our next visit. Today, August 9th we went and the lady on the register INCREDIBLY rude rolling her eyes at us, walking away while we were talking, just disrespectful. We told her the situation and she practically called us liars and that she was NOT going to give us a gift card for anything. We asked for the manager, she rolled her eyes at us for a third time and said there was no manager in today. We ended up paying for the meal and left. We called a different location to ask for a manager, same thing no manager on duty. If a problem arises, who do they have to fix it? I'm so confused. Either way, what angers me is my boyfriend and I always go in, always tip the to go servers as well as the servers serving tables and we get treated like trash? I'm not going back and if you like good service you won't either. Just disgustingly rude.

Although we were surprise to see that their tortas are now smaller, the quality of the food is still great! I really enjoyed my food and service!

The food here is delicious! The tacos al pastor are the best I have tried! The red salsa is delicious! Everything we ordered was great! They also have great service and serve food fairly quickly! You must try!

A hard no, wish I would have read the reviews first. Spent $40 and threw most of it away. No seasoning, dry, flavorless, and received wrong item. Whoever is working in the kitchen, has obviously given up. Hope I don't get sick!

I'm kinda obsessed with Tortas and I tried this place and omg soooo good! Such good variety in the tortas and plus it was so fresh. I had the torta de trompo, yum!
