Contribuisci feedbackThis location is the worst. Every time I go there, it takes way too long to get just two drinks, but I usually don't complain. However, today I ordered a medium drink and a small popcorn chicken, and it took over 30 minutes. I placed my order at 2:56 and didn't receive it until 3:34. When I called at 3:20 to check on my order, Amber was extremely rude. My order status had said it was on the way at 3:05, but I didn't receive it until much later because Amber hung up on me when I called to inquire about the delay. I was concerned that my drink was watered down and the chicken was cold, as I had to wait so long. I understand that mistakes happen, but this level of service was unacceptable, especially when I saw about 10 cars leave the drive-through before me. Communication about any issues would have been appreciated. I would have canceled my order, but the Sonic app wouldn't let me since it mistakenly showed that I had already received it.
The service at this restaurant is terrible! It takes way too long to receive your order, even if you place it through their mobile app. I would prefer to go to the Kitty Hawk location instead.
