Thoma was extremely nice and professional offered me a suggestion that the Americana might be hotter than regular coffee. Unfortunately I'm short on time and just a regular cup of joe would have to do. I like my coffee really hot. Most of the time it's just warm at best. However today it was ok. Then another associate proceeded to be so rude at the window to meWhen I asked her name she said Viv. 3 letters can you remember that. Then started to fight with me about how I get what I get hot or not. I felt bad for Thomas who was nice and kind. She should have never interjected her opinion. She started an unnecessary fight. Don't provoke a fight. Keep your opinions to yourself. She then proceeded to slam the drive through window.

Baristas were playing around, charged me for an extra drink, completely messed up the order and acted like nothing happened.

Drive thru order, after placing the order the attendant repeated our request for any additional needs and confirmation. The window attendant was cheerful and seemed genuinely nice. Quick service,

No matter how busy it is. Employees are always the sweetest and friendly! Drive thru gets busy but they always roll at a great pace and my order is always great. My favorite location.

I ordered one wrap nobody told me it was going to take twenty minutes to make me one wrap. All she said is we were down to one oven and now I'm late to work. That is something you have to communicate to your customers please.
