The Grilled Cheese Project

Delicious sandwich. Had a friend pick one up for me during work lunch. It was far better than what I expected. Decided to get the Buffalo Mac n Cheese grilled cheese sandwich.

So what really impresses me in a food truck is when they take something simple and standard, and do something really original with it. This food truck is the perfect example of that! The truck came to my work today staffed by the owner and his dad, and they were so jovial and friendly while still keeping orders cranking out quickly. My mom, dad, and I all ordered on a single ticket and all of our food was out in ten minutes if not less. We got the Spicy Chick, Not Your Grandma's GCP, and the Hamptons all were good sized for lunch and tasted great! (Also, they have waffle fries! I will say, I hope their menu expands and we get something with BBQ or mushrooms, but everything they have that we tried so far was excellent. Super happy with this place and definitely will be going again when they're back!

Had the pleasure in partaking in some delicious food options with this establishment's food truck. This is not the grill cheese you grew up with and will gladly revist whenever they are bavk in my area
