I had a rough day so my friends and I went out for a couple drinks. The service was more than what I could have asked for. Ronin is amazing! An inviting atmosphere, that’s for sure! Will definitely be returning.

It was a typical Kesleys experience. The flavors were decent but nothing particularly exciting or innovative. The half rib was satisfactory. However, the presentation of one of the dishes was disappointing; the napkin was in the sauce, and the mashed potatoes were awkwardly competing for space with the bowl of gravy.

Our server introduced herself but didn’t put in much effort—she seemed disinterested in our experience. She took our orders, but my friend was disappointed when her order didn't match her expectations. Instead of the side of fries she anticipated, the server claimed my friend must have misunderstood what was included. Throughout the meal, we hardly saw our server. She could have offered me more hot water for my tea or checked if we needed anything else. Overall, the service could be greatly enhanced with a few simple gestures, such as smiling, being more attentive to guests, asking questions, and clarifying menu items during the ordering process.

My companion and I both ordered the 8 oz Sirloin steak, asking for them to be cooked medium. One steak was cooked perfectly to medium, while the other was well done. Aside from that issue, the meal was enjoyable. We would definitely consider returning.

I give this amazing restaurant a 5/5! The staff are wonderful, the food is delicious, and the seasonal atmosphere is fantastic. They host weekly events and offer daily deals, which is a great bonus. A special shout-out to my fantastic bartender, Crystal, who always brightens my day! If you're in the area, definitely stop by—I highly recommend it to everyone!
