Domino's Pizza - Stonington

Pizza was great. In placing an over the phone order with an aninated person we were rewarded with a wrong pizza!!!

Ordered pizza from the app. App has problems saying there is no delivery when they were actually delivering. Ordered pick up instead. Pizza was ready when we arrived and was great!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter and her friends came in for two medium pepperoni pizzas and received a cheese instead of pepperoni so they ask the man who claims to be the general manager if they can get a refund or a new pizza and he after already being rude the whole encounter freaked out on my daughters friends saying there is no refunds allowed and he has the right to remove any customer from the store and continued to threaten to call the cops! Unfortunately I believe this has to do with race because my daughter and her friends were nothing but polite to this man but he repeatedly gave attitude with no cause.

I personally don't have an issue with Dominos pizza. I actually love eating the ham and pineapple with Alfredo sauce... That's just my odd opinion. But I don't like to have to call and order, it's like I'm ordering from a company. I'm ordering a pizza not car parts!

I was staying in Mystic, CT to visit family and this was the only place open serving food after 9:30 p.m. The service was good as was the food fortunately. There was a diner across from it in that same area that used to be 24 hours but seems to close at 8 p.m. now.
