Contribuisci feedbackNext came the Fried Truffle Beef Marrow Mac and Cheese, paired with rye beer. Oh my goodness! If Julia Child were alive, she would not only have this dish once but would savor it multiple times, changing the course of French cuisine in the process. The aroma of the truffles combined with the richness of the beef was incredible, and the rye beer added a beautiful touch of hickory and smoke. The highlight of the evening was the Braised Lamb Spare Ribs, glazed with their house-made BBQ sauce, accompanied by a Jalapeño Potato Galette. After the first bite of the lamb, the spices transported me back to my family's vacation in Mexico; I felt as if I could taste every spice from a bustling market. Mosimo, the talented chef at Pentimento, has an amazing ability to pair each dish with the perfect beer, truly enhancing the joy of dining. To cap off the evening, we enjoyed a peanut butter tart with roasted bananas and candied bacon, served with an Amarena milkshake and oat flakes, created by the incredibly talented Chef Chelsea. This dessert was the perfect end to our meal, bringing a sense of nostalgia reminiscent of childhood peanut butter and banana sandwiches, balanced beautifully with the extraordinary flavor of candied bacon. With each sip of the Amarena milkshake, it felt like being wrapped in a cozy blanket of dreams. Congratulations to Mosimo, Chelsea, and the entire team at Pentimento for a fantastic evening. The staff here is interesting, friendly, and attentive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. They offer a selection of craft cocktails and an outstanding wine list. Naturally, the food is exceptional as well. This place is definitely worth a visit, and I recommend making reservations.
Thank you so much for making my daughter Samantha's bridal shower absolutely perfect! We arrived early to add some personal touches, and I greatly appreciate Lisa for incorporating flowers and paying attention to every detail. The staff was attentive from start to finish, and the food was amazing, especially the Mimosa Bar. We had lunch here for the first time today and we loved it! Fresh pasta is hard to find. We enjoyed a **** Mary and Pear Martini... very good drinks! Our appetizers were the raw oysters and Arancini (fried filled rice ball)...complete! For the Entrees we had Cannelloni and fetters Bolognese... love the freshly made pasta in both. Just want the portion size to be slightly larger, so we would have left behind. We also shared a house made tiramisu dessert, that was amazing! Great service. We have to go to dinner again. Lisa and her staff (Paris especially) were engaging, professional and welcoming. I had a great time at dinner and the food was fantastic. Especially the roasted wings. Crispy and flavorful without being fried. I strongly recommend Pentimento.
