Splendid Noodle - Stony Brook

This is a cozy spot for dinner on a chilly night. The soup broth is incredibly tasty, and the noodles are made fresh. The staff is quite accommodating. When we visited, we had to wait about 30 minutes for our food because they were busy taking orders from a large group of students, and there were only two chefs on duty. So, be prepared for a bit of a wait if you choose to dine here!

Wow! This place has the most amazing broth! The noodles are made in-house, making it the best noodle shop I've found near Riverhead. You absolutely have to give it a try if you can! The picture shows their fantastic house noodles. This meal will definitely wow you! Don't miss out—visit this place!

During my visit, I ordered the seafood noodles with vegetables, along with a side of roasted egg served in vegetable broth. The noodles were exceptional—hot, fresh, and incredibly satisfying. The vegetable broth was flavorful and complemented the dish perfectly. For those who enjoy a kick of spice, don't hesitate to add some hot sauce; it elevates the dish even further. The service was also commendable. The waitress was attentive and friendly, noticing when I struggled with my files and offering assistance. The subtle differences of a fresh handmade noodle hand stretched are difficult to convey in words, but it is worth trying! Oxtail soup was very good. It is rare that you can see oxtail outside the Caribbean or Southern cuisine!

Highly recommended. Best hand-pulled noodle in local area. Finally they open the dine-in option again! I like watching how they pull the noodle onsite. High quality-price ratio and you will not regret it. Approximately 10 bucks a huge bowl of noodle. The appetizers are worth trying as well.
