Contribuisci feedbackWe checked online and it said they closed at 10 o'clock. When we arrived at the restaurant, their sign also indicated that they closed at 10 o'clock. However, they refused to let us in, stating that they actually closed at 8 o'clock. When we tried to place our orders, they only allowed us to make 2 separate orders even though there were 7 of us. It was a very frustrating experience.
The last two times I visited this restaurant, the man behind the counter was incredibly helpful. He wasn't pushy like at some places, and he even kept me updated on when my order would be ready through the app. The customer service here is top-notch, and the food is pretty good too.
The customer service is always excellent at this restaurant, and the food is delicious. However, the wait at this particular location can be quite long, and ordering can be challenging when trying to navigate through the train.
Ordered via Skip, missing a Whole burger and the other had no bacon, bacon wasn't an add on but apart or the ordered item. How do you mess that up? Order comes in, make, bag, order goes out. Not rocket science. Wow, it's fast food guys, literally every system in place to prevent this. Lazy execution, dissatisfied, especially because skip will refund my missing item but we ordered food for a reason...
Food is good but the service is almost non existent manager is clueless
