Tim Hortons - Stony Plain

WAS MY DRIVE THRU ORDER at 9:45am IN STONY PLAIN TIMS CLOSEST TO 7/11 this morning A FLIPPING JOKE????I ordered 2 Bagel Belts with Bacon on PLAIN BAGELS!!!!I received both with the top half of an PLAIN BAGEL and both with the bottoms being the top of a CINNAMON RAISIN BAGEL.I will have you know both went in the garbage. You should maybe ask if that would be suitable as some people CANNOT have raisins.That was very rude of your staff to do this.You will owe me 2 Bagel Belts with Bacon on Plain Bagels!!!!

I went through the drive through, the woman that was taking my order got my order wrong three times, but that's fine it's happens but when I got to the window I was greeted by this women that was rude whispering under her breath snide remarks while facing the register and gave me attitude the whole time, I was 10¢ off then she got upset that I didn't give the right amount. She continued to hand us out food aggressively as she made another unheard comment as I drove away. Very upset with this interaction.

I went in for a quick coffee and to pick up some hockey cards for the kids. They were all out of hockey cards, but such is life.

Worst tim Hortons I've been too people are rude and don't know how to take a order properly. Not to mention don't have bagels alot of other stores have will not be back!

Weekend staff is usually crabby. The late night gang is mostly friendly.Our toasted bagels weren't even warm enough to melt the butter on them.
