Pizza Box - Stony Point

The supreme pizza to deliver a medium was 20 bucks.. ..old vegetables are used I ate it and now sitting here waiting for upset stomach to sit in not worth the money

Mmmmmmmm. You want some good pizza, look no further. It 's out in the middle of no where but worth it once you 're there. I was just passing through with work and didn 't want anything fast food seen the sold by the slice so I thought I 'd check it out. One slice is basically a personal sized pizza. The crust was crispy on the bottom and the toppings were cooked to perfection. Stop reading and just go there. You can thank me later!

I absolutely love this pizza place! We live in the Raleigh area and once a year head out to the Emerald Hollow Mine for gem mining. A few years ago we stopped at this tiny place on the side of the road in Stony Point for pizza. I really didn't expect much but was I pleasantly surprised! The slices of this pizza are huge. One slice is like two anywhere else. They use so much cheese and the pepperoni fills the slice. Definitely no skimping here! And as a bonus, the owner and his nephew are so nice and personable! So each year I make the drive with my kids to gem mine and we have we always look forward to stopping for our slice of heaven after at the Pizza Box! It's become a family tradition. I wish they would open a store in the Triangle! So if you are ever in the neighborhood, don't miss a chance to have this yummy pizza... You'll be glad you did!

This place is no longer called the Pizza Box, but when it was, it wasn't very good. I haven't tried it since the ownership changed.

I ordered a pizza for delivery and was informed it would arrive within 30 to 35 minutes. After waiting an hour, I called to check on the status and was told the driver had left just 7 minutes prior and would be here any minute. Another 30 minutes later, the driver called in a panic, claiming she couldn't find our house and that someone at the end of the road had told her our address didn't exist. I tried to explain our location, but she continued to yell over me. Eventually, she calmed down long enough to say she’d be right there. I waited outside for 5 minutes since she was only 5 blocks away, but she never arrived. When I called the restaurant, the manager apologized, promised to contact her, and said the pizza would be free. At this point, it has been 2 hours and 20 minutes and we still have no pizza!
