Burger King - Storm Lake

I occasionally step out of my comfort zone, but I generally end up feeling disappointed. Most of the staff are unhelpful, and it’s not uncommon for my orders to be incorrect. On one occasion, my sandwich was missing its top half. Another time, I ordered a sandwich with speck, paid for it, but received none. On yet another occasion, I was given my drink, but they forgot to add the ice and closed the window. When I asked if they could add the ice or give me a new drink with ice, they did comply, but I overheard the manager and the employee complaining about me afterward. This was the only time I spoke up about an issue. I’ve never made a mistake with my orders, and I can see how the manager's attitude may affect the service.

This place should have taken a lesson from KFC! The service was terrible, the restaurant was dirty, and the atmosphere was unpleasant. The staff were shouting at each other, which only added to the chaos. The chicken sandwich was overcooked to the point that I had to really struggle to get through it, and the fries were still frozen in the middle! I will never come back again!
