Dunkin' - Storrs

Worst service every time. Ordered 4 donuts and they just mashed the loose donuts in a bag (not even wrapped in the little parchment paper to keep them from getting messed up). This is absurd at this point. I come here so often for my morning coffee and a little breakfast and the staff is always so nasty and can't be bothered and they hand you your food all mangled and undercooked. This business is a joke and I'm so deeply disappointed to see how consistently bad it is with no accountability whatsoever.

They made my food quickly, and gave me extra bacon.

They apparently close 15 minutes earlier than 9 so they can clean . Last i heard cleaning happens after close. I and one other car were turned away and told we would not be served 10+ minutes before their closing time

I ordered hot vanilla chi tea and it tasted sour and watered down. The breakfast wrap of eggs and sausage was greasy and cold as were the hash browns. Service was great even when I requested refund for the undeniable tea.
