If you have a need for good old fashion house cooking, this can be a good choice. The chicken noodle soup from the lunch buffet was right so I feel better. The other offers looked fresh enough, and my Hunch is Grandma to take off the banana bread. No matter how dated decor and plastic flowers, the food is good enough to make happy boss proud. Go on to Des Moines if you want to.

On site what I like and the staff was very friendly. We stopped during the trip and so glad we were. We'll be back when we're on the way. The food was good, home neighborhood restaurant feeling, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend it.

I usually go to Sunday morning. Everything you can eat from breakfast and lunch food. Overall, the quality of food is quite good and a comfortable restaurant for those looking for a bit of everything. I have never made a reservation and the waiting is usually minimal if at all. Not a bad place for a smaller town or a bite to eat from the highway.

My hot beef plate was excellent. The side salad was the perfect size. My husband had a breakfast bar and said it was very good. The service was fast and polite. We would definitely stop here again
