Baskin Robbins Stouffville

We frequently visit Baskin Robbins for a cold treat or a tasty snack. Their ice cream is fantastic with a variety of delicious flavors. The staff can get a bit busy when it's crowded, causing longer lines to form. My personal favorite treat is their waffle cones.

This Baskin Robbins is always a great choice for some delicious ice cream. The place is consistently clean and the staff is also friendly and attractive!

I ordered a birthday cake for the 80th birthday of my mother. I ordered the rosette cake with the image of my mother. When I left, it picked up and looked at the cake, it looked terrible. it was all shocking and wavy. the face of my mother looked distorted! the poor hired apologised, but it wasn't his fault. of course the manager was not there. So he calls the manager and tells you, the picture looks terrible and the rosettes around the cake were all damaged. she asks him to send her a picture and tells me on the phone that it looks good. so she calls a customer and her own co-workers lügner! the poor guy comes back to the phone and tells her it looks bad. I was so upset and there was nothing I could do at this point. the manager told him to release me $20.00, and that was it! bad customer service

Turn around too much personal and no one knows how to make a real milkshake! very runny and not worth $8.25 tax!

Really the only decent ice cream place in stouffville that's open all the time, not just when they feel like it.
