The show experience was wonderful but the server Theresa really made the night. She really loves her job and it was so nice to be well looked after. We had a few picket requests and she was more than happy to accommodate. Food was amazing, drinks were amazing. I already booked to go back. This little gem on my doorstep will be for sure exercised a little more by my family. Just wish is was a little easier to get into in short notice. I totally forgot to take pics of the food.
Excellent lunch for the 3rd time at Fishbone. Always quality food with lots of variety. Oysters are 5 star and well worth it. Kudos to the chef who never disappoints. Top notch service from Debbie; personable, fun and attentive to our every detail. Will definitely come back for the food and ask to sit in her section. A great asset to the team.
The anchovies/boquerones are worth a try, spicy they will overwhelm your palate for other dishes. Seafood like octopus, shrimp cervice, seared tuna are well-plated light meals. And burgers, fries and pizza for those who don’t want surprises. Musselman Lake is more of a tired pond providing a decent, not great, lakeside ambience.
Lovely location for lunch on a sunny summer's day. Shared the gaspacho soup and a picante pizza with my husband. Soup was great, pizza ok. The music was unnecessarily loud. Our server was able to move us from the first table because we couldn't talk above the music; the second table was somewhat better. Our pizza was fine nothing special. We shared a dessert of cheesecake again ok. Coffees were good. While the restaurant gets the customers it gets, the atmosphere was somewhat uncomfortable by a few of very scantily dressed young women. I doubt we'll return.
On a beautiful, sunny day, we decided to check out Fishbone restaurant in Stouffville. The idea of dining with a view of the lake seemed perfect, but unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The portion of octopus was surprisingly small considering the price of $40.00. The gem salad was overpriced and undersized, with wilted leaves. To our surprise, no bread was offered at the table. The wine list had steep prices starting at $60.00. Despite the good service and pleasant view, I would not recommend this restaurant.
