Nauti Norske - Stoughton

I love the outdoor seating at this restaurant! The food and service are always excellent. I'm so happy they are open again. The sandwiches and burgers are all delicious.

Had a **** Mary for starters. Very good with lots of garnish's. I had a small pizza it was very good. My husband had a blank bean burger. He said it was very small and nothing to brag about. We would go back but try other food options.

The spicy chicken sandwich and chip fries were delicious! We also enjoyed the jalapeño cheese curds as an appetizer, which came with a tasty spicy sauce. Despite the rain, we were able to sit outside under a roof with a nearby heater. The service was excellent and very friendly.

The food and atmosphere at this restaurant are fantastic. While it may not appear impressive from the street, it boasts a wonderful patio overlooking the Yahara River in Stoughton.

It was a quiet evening and the host and server, who I later learned was the new management, quickly noticed my interest in Bourbon. We spent the first hour chatting and I learned a lot about Bourbon. They even treated me to a special and rare sensory experience with a particular Bourbon (whose name I'll keep to myself). Aside from the Bourbon, I also ordered the Fish Tacos and they were amazing! The flavors were well-balanced and delicious. I have been to Nauti Norske before and while it was never bad, I did notice a subtle improvement in the attention to flavor in their menu with the new management. In summary, the new management has continued to provide amazing, friendly service and made subtle changes to the menu that have enhanced the flavors while maintaining the Nauti Norske style. I hope they are able to survive this tough winter and stay in business.
