I’ve generally had great pizza from here, but unfortunately today was a disappointment. It looked like the delivery driver must have dropped the boxes, as the pizza arrived in mangled packaging and looked like it had gone a few rounds with Mike Tyson. It wasn't hot like usual either. The chicken was undercooked, and I seemed to have chased after the wrong pigeons in my order. I’m really let down. I did call and spoke with a very nice young man who was understanding and took care of the situation for me. I didn’t catch his name, but I really appreciate his help!
So, it’s Boxtag time and everyone seems to have the same idea: let’s get pizza! My local Domino’s was packed! My order arrived late, which I totally understand since they were busy. Unfortunately, one of the pizzas wasn’t what I ordered, but that's okay—mistakes happen. The real highlight, though, was the service. The manager who answered the phone was very apologetic and promised to send a replacement in 10 minutes, plus some cookies as a gesture of goodwill. She didn't have to do that, but it was a wonderful touch. The service was truly excellent. After this experience, I won't be ordering from Pizza Hut again. Thank you so much, Domino’s Stourbridge, for the amazing service!
